Include the email address you sign in with. For an error, say what you were doing and when it happened. Never send an API key or a password.

Account, keys and credits
Create and revoke API keys, check your credits and usage, and update or delete your account from your account. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on the account.
Plans and agreements
For the Enterprise plan, higher limits or a written agreement, email us and tell us what you plan to use Digital Atlas for.
